It is your job to complete all of the homework assigned before the next period. Make sure you ASK QUESTIONS next period if you have difficulties completing the homework. Do not allow yourself to fall behind as we do something new each class.
Redo's / Retests / Corrections
I strongly believe that learning from our mistakes is an integral part of the learning process. After all, failure is often our most profound teacher. Consequently, all students will be expected to engage in correction and reflection exercises for specific EoL assessments, such as quizzes and tests. Should a student wish to improve their mark they have one of two options.
- Students will have option to redo EoL (may be modified version) to improve their "mark". There will be specific day and time for this to occur.
- Students can arrange a one-on-one appointment with me to discuss their mistakes and corrections to demonstrate their understanding.
